CharmRush Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy

We want you to absolutely love your CharmRush order! Every item is carefully packed and shipped with love — but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll make it right.


🧾 How to Request a Return or Refund

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopcharmrush.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if your item qualifies for a replacement or refund. Please do not return any items before contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small scratches, slight wrinkling, or minor color variations) do not qualify as damage.
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery and include photo/video evidence.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing:

  • We’ll resend or refund the affected product once you provide a photo of what was received.
  • For missing parts or accessories that don’t affect function, we’ll resend the missing component only.

Orders Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or your local post office.
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.

If the issue isn’t resolved, you may be asked to provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office for further investigation.

Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.


Delayed Orders

Occasionally, international shipping can take longer than expected — especially during holidays or customs delays. If your order has been in transit for more than 45 days (U.S. orders) without updates, please reach out to us. We’ll open a dispute with our shipping partner to resolve it.


Change of Mind & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Returns for “change of mind,” incorrect sizing, or unwanted gifts are not accepted, as each order is processed specifically for you.

Additional Notes

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, refunds cannot be issued.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned.
